Good quality but note left wasn’t given effect

I ordered the traditional red rubber stamp, and left a note saying that no handle should be given because it was supposed to be a replacement rubber for Colop P30. But AE stuck it to a handle anyway and I had to clean the adhesive on the rubber so it could go into my Colop P30.
