Self collect is only available in the Klang Valley region as you can only pick up at our main HQ. Orders not picked up after 3 months will be voided. To locate our main HQ, visit our Locate Us page.

Orders placed before 6pm on working days will be processed and ready for pickup after 9.30am the next working day.

If an order is placed after 6pm, the order will be processed the next working day. 

It depends on where you are. 

West Malaysia: 2 - 3 working days

East Malaysia: 5-7 working days

PosLaju is our preferred courier service to ship to East Malaysia as they have a wider area of service for the East.

Pre-Inked Stamps produce crisp and clear impressions at every stamp. However, a drawback to pre-inked stamp will be that it requires pauses between stamping. To compensate for its stamping speed, pre-inked stamps use oil-based ink which makes pre-inked stamp waterproof. Pre-inked stamp does not require an ink pad as gel ink is molded into an impression. We offer 2 types of Pre-Inked stamps:

Self-Inking stamps have replaceable ink pads built onto the stamp. This stamp allows rapid stamping as the stamp will automatically re-ink itself after each impression. One of the best features of a self-inking stamp would be its flexibility to turn it into a dater or numbering stamp!  The only downside to this product will be its impression clarity in comparison to Pre-Inked stamp.

Epoxy is a layer of adhesive that is poured over your nametag that will turn into a solid to prevent the surface of your name tag from getting scratch which also gives your name tag a shine to it's surface.
