the size ration totally out, the design of the artwork got shrink, and wasted the size

the ratio of the artwork I gave got shrink and the orientation is not right, cause so much wastage

Great quality of the stamp and quick delivery... customer service too focused on the sale.. submitted an equiry if artwork had too many fine details .. was replied with a quotation with a disclaimer " if not purchase RM 3 is chargeable " a lot of the fine details of the stamp disappears as the ink soaks into the paper/box... fine details only visible on high quality A4 paper.. sadly the stamp can't be used for its intended purpose
