We offer two high-quality options. AE Gel (Premium): Uses U.S. Gel technology for the sharpest, most detailed lines. It is pre-inked and perfect for very complex signatures. COLOP (Standard): A classic self-inking stamp that is very durable and great for high-volume daily use.

It is very easy! Just sign your name on a piece of plain white paper using a black pen. Take a clear photo or scan it, and upload the file when you place your order.

For the best results, use a black marker or a bold ink pen. Avoid using pencils or light blue pens, as they are harder for our machines to capture clearly.

Yes! You can choose to have just the signature, or you can add your printed name and position (like "Manager" or "Director") below it so you can stamp all the information at once.

No. Both the AE Gel and COLOP models have the ink built-in. This makes them very clean to use and easy to carry in your bag or keep on your desk.

We produce stamps every night. If you order today, your signature stamp will usually be ready for postage by the next working day.

Yes! We offer a 1-hour Express Service for an extra RM10. If you follow our daily schedule, your stamp can be ready for Self-Pick Up or Lalamove/Grab collection within an hour of your order.
