However, I was disappointed by the customer service experience. I contacted your team to check the status of my order specifically to find out whether the stamp was ready for collection.
Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She had a dismissive tone and failed to show the basic courtesy expected from a customer service representative. What was most upsetting is that she abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking which I found completely unacceptable. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
While I am happy with the product, the customer service interaction has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed thus it has significantly impacted my perception of your company.
