Wrong text plate but replaced as soon as notified

Product quality is ok, lead time 3-4days. Poor customer service, no artwork provided for confirmation, email to confirm how the stamp looks like was being ignored. Later received first stamp which got error , that they separated the company name into two different area , after informed them , they replaced the correct rubber text plate without additional cost . For that I give 3 stars.
